Why a town directory has a page about its owner

On 10 October 2026 this site lists 21 businesses across ten kinds of trade: three restaurants, three estate agents, three hairdressers and barbers, three opticians, two pubs, two gyms, two shops, a café, a solicitor and a hotel. Most of them are the sort of firm that gets the same dozen questions every week and answers them between other jobs. The person who publishes the site sells a service aimed at exactly that problem, so it would be odd to hide it. He is shown as the publisher, he is not ranked against anyone, and every guide about his service says so.

What he does

His website calls the service installed for you, not handed over. For one particular job he builds an AI agent, connects it to the email, diary, accounts or messaging the business already has, shows your team how it behaves, and stays on to support it.

The jobs it lists are: replying to new enquiries within minutes, day or night; following up every lead until they book or say no; sending quotes and chasing the ones nobody answered; booking jobs into the diary; answering common questions across email, web and WhatsApp; sorting and routing messages; sending updates, confirmations and reminders; passing awkward cases to a person; raising invoices; chasing late payments; copying details between systems; and a weekly report.

It is not a course, not a phone answering service and not a chatbot product you subscribe to.

His background, in his own words

His website lists a Shopify 10K Award, more than ten years in marketing and more than a million orders driven through Meta ads. Before marketing he spent five years as a professional stand-up comedian. We have not checked these independently, and the business has no rated Google listing, so there is no review score to quote.

Distance

The build and install happen remotely and he works anywhere in the UK. His website says he can visit businesses in Hampshire or nearby in person. For a shop on Church Street or a salon in Woodhatch, that means a call or screen share, not a visit. If you would rather have someone in the room, say so up front and weigh up a provider based closer to home.
