South Park

A residential neighbourhood between Reigate and Redhill, with local shops and good commuter links.

South Park is a residential neighbourhood between Reigate and Redhill, to the south of the A25. It is a largely 20th-century suburb with its own parade of shops and a strong community feel.

## The Neighbourhood

South Park is built around Reigate Road and Woodhatch Road, with a mix of terraced, semi-detached and detached housing. The area has local shops, a church and recreation grounds, and sits within easy reach of both Reigate and Redhill town centres.

## Location and Links

South Park is well placed for commuters, close to Redhill station and the A23/A25, with onward links to Gatwick Airport and the M25 and M23 motorways.
